We are looking for a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our law team on a contract to hire basis in Phoenix, Arizona. This will be a 32 hour work week- M-Th 9am-5pm, Fri. 9am-1pm. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring clear and efficient communication. This position requires strong organizational abilities and excellent interpersonal skills to maintain smooth daily operations.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and attentive manner
Answer and manage calls using a multi-line phone system, directing them to the appropriate departments
Maintain and organize front desk operations, ensuring all areas are tidy and functional
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
Ensure accurate communication between departments by relaying messages promptly
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed
Address inquiries and provide information about company services or policies
Uphold a positive and attentive image of the company to all visitors and callers
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Attentive and customer service oriented demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in basic office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
High school diploma or equivalent required
