We are seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. The Receptionist will handle various administrative and clerical responsibilities to support the smooth operation of the office.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and direct visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain reception area, conference rooms, and office supplies
Assist with scheduling appointments and meeting coordination
Perform data entry, filing, and other basic administrative tasks as needed
Support additional office projects and assignments as requested
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree preferred
1+ year of receptionist or front desk experience in a professional office setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
