Job Responsibility

  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and processing deliveries
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred but not essential
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations
