Job Description:

This is an opportunity to work in a stunning location while providing excellent guest experiences and building valuable hospitality skills. We are seeking professional, service-oriented receptionists to join our team for the summer season at a renowned camping site on the picturesque shores of Lake Caldonazzo, Italy. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Job Responsibility:

Managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy
Providing detailed information about the campsite, local attractions, and activities
Handling bookings, cancellations, and payments
Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism
Supporting administrative tasks and maintaining clear and organized records

Requirements:

Are service-oriented with a genuine desire to assist and support guests
Can communicate in Dutch and English, knowledge of German is appreciated
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in their approach
Are adaptable, reliable, and maintain a professional demeanour
Are available to work from 19 May to 19 September 2025
