Job Responsibility
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or team member in a courteous and efficient manner
Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Handle front-desk activities such as receiving inquiries, taking messages, and providing basic information to callers and guests
Maintain an organized reception area to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment at all times
Support part-time reception coverage needs by balancing assigned hours and completing daily administrative tasks accurately
Record and relay important messages clearly to help departments respond to customer and internal requests without delay
Requirements
Previous experience performing receptionist or front-desk support duties in a detail-focused setting
Ability to operate a switchboard or multi-line phone system with confidence and accuracy
Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous phone manner when handling inbound calls
Comfortable managing several tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable attendance and the flexibility to work a part-time schedule as needed
Basic organizational and administrative skills to support daily reception operations effectively
