Job Responsibility:
Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Accommodate visitors promptly, courteously, and accurately
Operate switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs
Take and distribute accurate messages
Greet visitors, determine nature of visit, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs
Alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to correct office or employee
Respond to routine inquiries regarding organization’s location, hours, and contact information
Book meeting rooms, type, organize and distribute mail, and manage courier packages
Perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks
Work under close supervision within established policies and guidelines
Requirements:
One year or more of relevant work experience
Strong customer service background
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Willingness to participate in TB screening program
Commitment to adhere to organizational policies and quality standards
Nice to have:
One year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
Experience in customer service roles in retail, hospitality, or call centers considered
Knowledge of value-based care models preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred
