We are looking for an experienced receptionist to be the face of our Corporate Office of a real estate assets company in Coral Gables in Miami, Florida. This role focuses on maintaining professionalism and reliability, coordinating monthly appointments, and ensuring office in maintained and in order. The ideal candidate has great presentation, high emotional IQ, and has a dynamic personality.
Job Responsibility
Answering and screening calls or referring inquiries
Greeting visitors by welcoming and directing them appropriately
Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
Scheduling meetings, reserving conference room, catering for corporate meetings
Maintaining employee and department directories
Keeping safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Receiving deliveries, preparing, shipping, and tracking packages
Receiving and sorting mail daily and maintaining the postage meter
Monitoring inventory of office supplies and restocking as needed
Assisting Marketing Department with corporate events planning and execution
Assisting Accounting Department with light Accounts Payable tasks
Performing other clerical duties as assigned
