We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, answer and direct calls, greet guests, coordinate schedules and provide general administrative support to help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area
Schedule meetings and assist with conference room coordination
Perform data entry, filing and other administrative tasks as needed
Support office staff with clerical duties and special projects
Requirements:
1+ years of office experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
