Job Responsibility
Welcome tenants, vendors, and guests at the front desk
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department
Respond to general inquiries and relay messages accurately
Assist with scheduling, filing, and general administrative tasks
Maintain front office organization and professionalism
Support staff with additional clerical duties as needed
Requirements
Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Ability to answer phones professionally and efficiently
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
