Job Responsibility

  • Professional Greeting: Welcoming visitors and clients with courtesy and a smile
  • Call Management: Operating the switchboard and routing calls to the appropriate departments
  • Administrative Support: Handling incoming/outgoing mail, coordinating couriers (FedEx/UPS), and providing basic data entry support
  • Front Desk Upkeep: Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and professional at all times

Requirements
