We are seeking a polished, dependable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join a law firm in Honolulu. This position is essential to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients while supporting the daily administrative needs of the firm.
Job Responsibility:
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Manage appointment scheduling and conference room calendars
Handle mail, deliveries, and document intake
Maintain client confidentiality at all times
Prepare and organize files and administrative documents
Assist attorneys and staff with general administrative tasks
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and client-ready
Requirements:
Previous receptionist or administrative experience required
Law firm or legal industry experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Professional demeanor and polished presentation
