We are looking for an organized and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented first impression
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line switchboard system
Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Handle general administrative tasks to support the office's daily operations
Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication
Keep reception and common areas organized and welcoming for visitors
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of office activities
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to process mail and manage basic office tasks efficiently
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Experience with ordering and managing office supplies
Familiarity with standard office equipment and software
A detail-oriented approach and positive attitude
