Job Responsibility:
Warmly greet and receive employees, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Help manage and maintain office systems and databases
Learn and understand office procedures and protocols under the mentorship of Business Support Team
Work closely with Facilities and Business Support Team members
Shadow experienced staff to learn customer service guidelines and effective communication techniques
Help coordinate New Starters Onboarding with IT and HR partners
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments and attend to voicemails
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, boardroom, and interview rooms
Learn and complete administrative tasks as directed by the Manager
Continuously develop interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Prior experience with reception, administration and/or customer service
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe software
Professional phone manner
Professional presentation as a front of house representative
