Job Responsibility
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a courteous and welcoming experience
Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate contacts
Maintain an orderly reception area and support smooth day-to-day front-desk operations
Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information to guests, employees, and external callers
Take clear messages and relay details promptly to the appropriate team members
Assist with routine administrative support tasks connected to reception coverage and office coordination
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role
Ability to operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system with confidence and accuracy
Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous telephone manner
Comfortable handling a steady volume of inbound calls while remaining organized
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a part-time schedule
