Our client, a Construction firm in Richmond, BC, is seeking a Receptionist to assist with vacation coverage. Experience working at a Reception desk is required. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls and greeting visitors, managing high-volume couriers and ensuring the office remains well stocked. This role will last for 1 week and begin immediately.
Job Responsibility
Answers and directs calls
Greets visitors
Manages meeting rooms and organizes AV and IT requirements for meetings
Manages mail and couriers
Scanning, photocopying and collating documents
Ensures the kitchen is stocked and order supplies as necessary
Overall office, reception, meeting room and kitchen cleanliness
General administrative duties as required
Requirements
1+ years of experience in office administration
Prior experience in a reception role
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
High attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks
