Job Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding support to new and current tenants throughout their moving process by following established checklists
  • Greet tenants daily, leaving a positive impression on all who enter the building
  • Maintain a tidy, presentable, and organised reception area
  • Answer phone calls for the organisation and virtual tenants
  • Sort daily post and deliveries, organise communal meeting room bookings, and manage building documentation
  • Respond promptly to daily office and building queries
  • Conduct daily checks to maintain the visual standards of the building and report any maintenance issues

Requirements

  • A proactive individual with a can-do attitude
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with an eye for detail
  • Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is a plus but not essential
