We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to manage front of house and support daily office operations. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you'll ensure the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and remains well-presented at all times. This role is perfect for someone looking for a varied position, supporting across all functions and ready to gain experience, working closely alongside the Office Manager & PA.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and manage all visitors
Issue access passes and liaise with the building's reception
Handle incoming calls and shared inboxes
Prepare and organise meeting rooms
Coordinate couriers and deliveries
Support general admin tasks such as printing and scanning
Work closely with the Office Manager on wider office operations
Maintain kitchen and communal areas - keeping them clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times
Supporting with the facilities of the office
Requirements:
Proactive, positive and reliable support to external clients and the internal teams
Previous experience in a similar role is ideal
Someone who is willing to get stuck into a busy and varied hands-on role, supporting around the office and building
MS Office knowledge - Outlook etc.
Well presented, warm and welcoming nature
Must be available to start in a new role ASAP
