Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of relevant experience in a corporate environment reception role
  • Managing a high volume reception in an MNC environment would be an advantage
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Team player who’s eager to learn with a flexible approach
  • Positive, energetic and able to creatively problem solve
  • Superb communication skills
  • Confident and customer oriented
  • Skilled in interacting with stakeholders across all levels
  • Well presented and approachable
  • Superb written and spoken English communication skills
