Job Responsibility:
Be the face of both our client and JLL
Develop strong relationships and rapport with people from all backgrounds
Create a welcoming and professional image
Provide top-notch service to everyone visiting reception
Demonstrate the highest levels of customer service
Handle enquiries efficiently
Manage issues and complaints calmly and collected
Help ensure clients, vendors, visitors and guests enjoy a safe and positive experience
Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
Book meeting rooms
Manage an inventory of supplies
Maintain accurate documentation
Process adhoc requests
Assist the facilities management team from time to time
Requirements:
At least 12 months of relevant experience in a corporate environment reception role
Managing a high volume reception in an MNC environment would be an advantage
Passionate about customer service
Team player who’s eager to learn with a flexible approach
Positive, energetic and able to creatively problem solve
Superb communication skills
Confident and customer oriented
Skilled in interacting with stakeholders across all levels
Well presented and approachable
Superb written and spoken English communication skills
Nice to have:
