Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team and provide a welcoming experience for all members and guests. You will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the Club. If you are organised, customer-focused and take pride in presenting a professional and welcoming environment, we would love to have you as part of our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the first point of contact, greeting customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Ensure the reception area is always tidy and well-presented
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate team members, and take messages
  • Assist with the registration of members, ensuring they are properly signed in or their membership cards are swiped
  • Schedule appointments for the administrative team
  • Assist with arranging special services for members and guests
  • Handle payments and charges for services
  • Address any customer complaints
  • Ensure that all health and safety policies are followed
  • Perform general office duties
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the front of house operations

Requirements:

  • GCSE qualification
  • Previous experience in service-oriented position desirable
