Temporary Receptionist position in a modern and collaborative environment in the heart of the City of London for a media and production company. Full-time role from 8 AM - 6 PM until the end of the year.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and attitude
