Temp-Perm Receptionist position in the heart of the City of London. We are seeking a professional and driven Receptionist to join a professional, energetic and fun business in the insurance industry. This role is fully office based with hours from 9am - 5.30pm.
Job Responsibility:
As the welcoming face of the organisation, you'll be at the heart of creating outstanding first impressions
Ensuring every visitor and guest feels welcomed
Manage incoming calls, emails and communications, ensuring they are passed onto the relevant teams
Manage the reception area, with office stock and refreshments etc
Work closely with the Office Manager and team to ensure the smooth running of the office
Support key administrative tasks such as accurate data entry, efficient filing, and appointment scheduling
Manage and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are booked and prepared accordingly
Requirements:
MUST be able to start ASAP
Educated to degree level or equivalent
A professional and warm demeanour, someone who thrives in a client facing role
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is necessary
A proactive and positive approach to work and a strong team player
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and communication
