As a Receptionist you’ll play a vital role in providing a first-class customer experience to all those who visit our centre; ensuring consistent, efficient and friendly service is given throughout each customer’s experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Meet and greet all customers upon arrival, assisting them as required
  • Process bookings for classes, swimming lessons and our sports facilities
  • Taking accurate payments in accordance with company policy
  • Be knowledgeable of and promote all activities, classes, membership options and offers
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reception Team Leader

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs
  • Energy and resilience
  • Flexibility and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Programmes, Outlook and booking systems
  • Customer-focused
  • Ability to relate to the requirements of customers from all age groups and sectors of society
