Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Manage a high-volume front desk, including answering, screening, and routing incoming calls
Coordinate visitor check-in procedures while adhering to security and access protocols
Schedule, manage, and support conference rooms and meetings
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate requests with facilities or vendors
Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, scanning, and filing
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times in a secure office environment

Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance (required — must be current)
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite five days per week

Nice to have:

Experience in a corporate, government, or secure facility environment strongly preferred
