Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and ensure each guest is directed promptly to the appropriate person or department
Operate a multi-line phone system efficiently, handling incoming calls with accuracy and a courteous approach
Route calls, take clear messages, and provide basic information to callers while maintaining a high standard of service
Support front desk activities by monitoring the reception area and helping keep the workspace orderly and presentable
Respond to general inquiries from employees, clients, and visitors in a helpful and attentive manner
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external contacts to help daily office operations run smoothly
Requirements:
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role
Ability to manage a multi-line switchboard or high-volume inbound phone environment
Strong verbal communication skills with a welcoming and detail-focused phone manner
