Job Responsibility:

  • Book and manage reservations using our internal software, ensuring a smooth experience for guests
  • Assist guests during check-in and check-out, welcoming them with a smile and making their stay memorable
  • Manage payments and cash, maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Answer guests’ inquiries and provide tips and advice on activities to enjoy in the region, making their adventure unforgettable
  • Ensure clear communication with maintenance, restaurant, and housekeeping teams to guarantee seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Friendly and outdoorsy, creating a positive and memorable guest experience in the great outdoor
  • Versatile and adaptable, you will work with kids, not one day will be the same
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must
  • knowledge of French or another language is a plus
  • Creative and Dynamic, we will trust you to create and conduct activities
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a genuine passion for helping others
