CLA seeks a full-time receptionist who will provide support for the staff in its Worcester office. The receptionist will work with a team of individuals dedicated to providing free, high-quality legal services to low-income and elderly clients.
Job Responsibility:
Answering telephone calls
Greeting visitors
Screening clients
Data entry
Filing
Other clerical tasks
Interpret and translate for Spanish-speaking clients
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong client service orientation
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Demonstrated concern for and commitment to the goals of legal services and to helping low-income people
Prior experience as a receptionist or secretary in a nonprofit setting
