We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Los Angeles, California, and requires someone who can manage front desk responsibilities while ensuring accurate data entry tasks are performed efficiently. Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a meticulous and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
Maintain accurate records and input data into company systems with precision
Organize and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings as needed
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Handle basic administrative duties to support the team and office operations
Monitor and restock office supplies to ensure availability
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
Uphold confidentiality and security procedures when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
