Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support front desk operations and create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members. Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests, clients, and employees while providing a friendly and professional front desk experience
Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to general inquiries
Manage the reception area to ensure it remains organized, presentable, and professional at all times
Coordinate meeting room scheduling and assist with visitor logistics
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Monitor office supplies and assist with reordering as needed
Provide general support to office leadership and additional departments as requested
Requirements:
1+ years of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using standard office equipment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail
