Job Responsibility:
Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a courteous and detail-oriented manner
Manage incoming and outgoing calls using a multi-line switchboard system
Perform routine office tasks, including faxing, filing, and scanning of documents
Maintain accurate and organized records for office operations
Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to prepare and edit documents as needed
Collaborate with a small team of four to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a detail-oriented and presentable demeanor in all interactions
Adhere to company policies while ensuring confidentiality and security of information
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Skilled in handling multi-line phone systems (1-10 lines)
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice
All candidates are required to undergo a seven-year background screening with no client fees
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Demonstrates a detail-oriented appearance and demeanor
Comfortable working in a close-knit office environment
