We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Century City. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a commercial real estate company. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This contract is expected to last two months.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients warmly while maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor
Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
Manage switchboard operations for phone lines ranging from 1 to 10
Direct inbound calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
Provide administrative support as needed to ensure seamless daily operations
Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
Address inquiries and provide accurate information about company services
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments
Support other team members with clerical tasks as required
Requirements:
Prior experience in receptionist or front desk roles is highly preferred
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical duties
Detail-oriented approach and attitude suitable for a corporate environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to workplace responsibilities
