Join a busy College reception team, acting as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. You'll keep things running smoothly with everyday admin and a strong focus on safeguarding and organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Welcoming students, staff & visitors and managing sign‑in/out
Overseeing safe entry/exit and carrying out ID & safeguarding checks
Handling enquiries and liaising with other sites
Updating student data on the MIS system
Sorting post, managing room bookings & office diaries
General admin support: minute‑taking, letters, petty cash, etc.
Requirements:
Strong customer service & teamwork skills
Confident communicator across all levels
Solid admin/IT ability
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Experience in education is a big advantage
Enhanced DBS (adult and child) on the Update Service
