Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming front-desk experience for guests and staff
Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed
Operate a switchboard environment with multiple active lines while maintaining efficiency and a courteous approach
Perform a range of administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and general office coordination
Handle inbound phone traffic promptly and courteously, resolving routine requests or forwarding matters appropriately
Maintain organized reception and common office areas to support a clean and well-organized workplace
Assist internal teams with day-to-day clerical needs and provide dependable administrative support as priorities shift
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
Ability to manage a multi-line phone system or switchboard with confidence and accuracy
Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, customer-focused demeanor
Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Experience performing clerical duties such as filing, document handling, and general office support
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a contract position
Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning office procedures and internal systems
