We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while providing general administrative support to help ensure smooth daily office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and copying
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
Support other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable interacting with a variety of people
