The Receptionist is the front-of-house anchor of the Business Administration team. You’re the first point of contact for visitors, guests and incoming requests. Managing the daily flow of the front desk, coordinating vendors and suppliers, processing financial transactions and supporting travel arrangements across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Front desk & visitor management: Welcome all guests professionally, manage the reception area, and ensure it is always covered during business hours
Inbox management: Monitor and triage the reception inbox daily, managing requests including lost property, reservations, and ban enquiries
Invoice & receipt requests: Process guest invoice and receipt requests via Universal Desktop
Office stock ordering: Manage monthly ordering of office supplies, including stationery, toner, and pantry items
Expense coding: Complete end-of-month coding for administration and travel card transactions in Concur, ready for Finance review
Travel coordination: Book staff travel and accommodation via the internal travel portal
Requirements:
1–3 years’ experience in reception, front-of-house, customer service, or administration in a fast-paced environment
Professional, polished, and confident
you represent the business at Head Office
Strong ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and composure
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with basic financial processing or invoice coding
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems (Universal Desktop, Concur, travel portal, BASWARE)
