We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Carson City, Nevada. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative operations. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly while managing inquiries effectively
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
Coordinate email correspondence and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Manage electronic payments and ensure accurate record-keeping
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to support daily office operations
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members
Maintain the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization
Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure operational efficiency
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in receptionist or administrative roles
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing correspondence
Strong skills in data entry and administrative office tasks
Familiarity with electronic payment systems and record management
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
