Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors and staff in a courteous and detail-oriented manner

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to support organizational operations
Manage and organize front desk operations, including handling mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and orderly reception area that reflects the organization's values
Provide accurate information to inquiries and resolve minor issues effectively
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in using office equipment and scheduling tools
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on customer service
