We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position that provides an excellent opportunity for growth and skill development. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and delivering exceptional service to both visitors and team members.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and managing light traffic in the reception area
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks, including office services and human resources support, as needed
Provide overflow assistance to paralegals and handle assigned paralegal tasks with due diligence
Collaborate with the Director of Administration to ensure office operations run smoothly
Maintain an organized and detail-oriented front desk environment
Support the team with other challenging tasks as requested
Learn and utilize standard software systems used by the firm
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of college education required
a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Previous experience working in a law firm or a detail-oriented office environment is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Dependable and able to work onsite during weekdays on a permanent basis
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload
A detail-oriented demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving
