Job Description:

Hey Baby 4D Enfield is a private 4D ultrasound clinic based on Green Lanes in Winchmore Hill. We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to join our busy team for up to 16 hours a week across two days. Work may include weekends.

Job Responsibility:

Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
Taking payments
Acting as a Chaperone where required
Assisting with the cleaning of the clinic and equipment
Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
Completing job-specific training

Requirements:

Experience in either reception or administration work
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to deliver exceptional customer service
Must demonstrate excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills
Must have a satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) performed prior to commencement and maintain it throughout employment
Must complete job-specific training
Must complete a short qualification to act as a Chaperone where required
