Receptionist

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
• Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and managing inquiries efficiently
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and processing deliveries
• Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred but not essential
