We're recruiting for a Receptionist to join a busy healthcare setting in Birmingham. This is a patient-facing locum role where you'll play a key part in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and clinical staff. You'll act as the first point of contact, managing both face-to-face and telephone enquiries, booking and coordinating appointments, processing repeat prescriptions, and maintaining accurate patient records. You'll also provide general administrative support to the clinical team while ensuring all information is handled in line with confidentiality and compliance standards.

Requirements:
