Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access to information
Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support team operations
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for daily tasks
Provide exceptional customer service to address client needs and concerns
Collaborate with team members to support office functions and resolve issues
Requirements:
Proven experience in handling a multi-line phone system
