As a Receptionist, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. Working onsite, you will report to the Center Administration. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others.
Job Responsibility:
Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems
Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed
Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy
Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized
Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination
Requirements:
1+ year experience in healthcare customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered
Convey information and maintain a positive tone during calls
Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow
Experience using tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization
Experience improving patient care and experience
TB screening upon hire

Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
