We are looking for a proactive and organized Receptionist to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic office environment. Job Responsibility:
Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, document preparation, scanning, and filing
Act as the primary contact for customers and vendors, delivering exceptional service and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage communications and maintain organized records
Monitor office supply levels, including printer inventory, and coordinate restocking to avoid disruptions
Answer and manage calls on a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented communication
Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient access to records
Support additional administrative tasks assigned by management to meet business needs
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role preferred, ideally in a construction or similar industry
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Attentive to detail, with a friendly and approachable attitude
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle tasks with efficiency
Familiarity with managing multi-line phone systems is a plus
