Job Responsibility:
Manage front desk activities during weekend hours and provide courteous assistance to guests, clients, and staff
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
Welcome visitors, handle general inquiries, and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
Route messages promptly and communicate important information to the appropriate team members
Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling updates, and document handling as needed
Use office systems and common workplace technology confidently to complete daily reception duties efficiently
Follow company procedures related to site access, screening, and required pre-employment compliance steps
Requirements:
Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk support role
Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and manage inbound calls effectively
Comfortable working with office technology and standard computer-based tasks
Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented customer service approach
Reliable availability to work every Saturday and Sunday
Successful completion of fingerprinting is required
Ability to stay organized, attentive, and calm in a fast-paced reception environment
