Receptionist

• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Answering and routing incoming calls with professionalism
• Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assisting with administrative tasks as required
• Maintaining a log of visitor access and ensuring compliance with security protocols
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly

• Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
