Receptionist

• Welcome visitors professionally and serve as the first point of contact for the office
• Manage a multi-line phone system, direct calls efficiently, and respond to inbound inquiries with courtesy and accuracy
• Coordinate front desk activities to ensure daily office operations run smoothly during assigned part-time hours
• Maintain organized electronic records and perform e-filing tasks with attention to detail
• Assist with administrative support related to tax return documentation and general office paperwork
• Monitor messages, route communications to the appropriate staff members, and follow up when needed
• Keep the reception area orderly and presentable while supporting a positive client experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk support role at a professional services firm
• Proven ability to operate a multi-line phone system
• Strong verbal communication skills and courteous phone manners when assisting inbound callers
• Experience with electronic filing and maintaining accurate digital records
• Ability to work effectively in a part-time position while managing multiple tasks independently
• Reliable organizational skills and close attention to detail in a fast-paced office setting.
