We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a Part-Time contract basis in Stuart, Florida. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the company with a friendly and attentive demeanor.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors promptly, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment
Manage incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and provide accurate information to callers
Perform general receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create documents, manage files, and support administrative tasks
Keep the reception area organized and presentable
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and task management
Handle incoming mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients
Provide support during meetings, including preparation and follow-up tasks where necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Appearance and demeanor suitable for a business environment, with a focus on being detail oriented
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
