We are looking for an experienced and proactive Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a respected real estate organization in Dallas, Texas. Job Responsibility:
Oversee the daily opening and closing of the office to help maintain a smooth and efficient workplace routine
Coordinate meeting space usage by managing conference room schedules and resolving booking conflicts as needed
Maintain a neat and presentable reception area, kitchen, and shared meeting spaces to ensure a positive experience for visitors and staff
Monitor and replenish office hospitality items, including coffee, kitchen essentials, and reading materials in common areas
Welcome guests, clients, and walk-in visitors with a friendly and courteous approach while directing them appropriately
Handle outgoing mail tasks, including preparing and sending tear sheets and statements in a timely manner
Update internal contact information and company resource listings so employees have access to accurate office details
Communicate building-related issues to the landlord or property management team to support timely maintenance follow-up
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
Strong ability to manage calendars and coordinate shared office resources efficiently
Experience handling daily mail and related administrative correspondence
Comfortable using email and standard office communication tools in a workplace setting
Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls accurately
Well-organized, dependable, and capable of balancing multiple priorities throughout the day
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach to greeting visitors and supporting staff
