Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients and direct them appropriately
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Maintain a tidy and detail oriented reception area
Manage appointment scheduling and conference room bookings
Handle mail, deliveries, and incoming correspondence
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
Support staff with general office duties and projects as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
Dependable, organized, and resourceful
