Job Description:

Job Opportunity: Receptionist - DBS Checked Required - Immediate Start. Location: Outskirts of Hassocks, parking available onsite. Contract Type: Temporary Contract ongoing. Start Date: Immediate - must be DBS checked.

Job Responsibility:

Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming calls and manage enquiries efficiently
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling post
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms
Provide general support to the care home management and care teams

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Compassionate, patient, and respectful, with a genuine interest in working in a care environment
Able to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
